  1. MOLD REMEDIATION REVIEW AND PLAN EXECUTION FOR EXISTING STRUCTURE AND DRYWALL LOCATIONS.

  2. REMOVAL OF EXISTING RUBBER/URETHANE FLOOR.  COMMERCIAL CLEAN AND PREP FOR WOOD FLOORING APPLICATION.

  3. INSTALLATION OF HIGH-QUALITY MAPLE WOOD FLOORING AND ACCOMODATING STRIPING AND DECALS.

  4. REMOVAL OF OFFICE FLOORING, AND CONSTRUCTION FACELIFT TO OFFICE AND STORAGE LOCATIONS (DRYWALL/PAINT).

ADDITION/RETROFIT

  1. SECOND FLOOR ADDITION:  STRUCTURAL COLUMN AND BEAM ADDITION FOR SECOND FLOOR AREA OVER OFFICES. SECOND FLOOR AREA WILL BE UTILIZED FOR TWO (2) CONFERENCE ROOMS AND THE BASKETBALL COURT/AUDITORIUM OVERLOOK AREA.  

  2. FOUR (2) COLOR PAINT SCHEME FOR REDUCED PAINT COSTS (MAIN WALL SPRAY AND ACCENT PAINT PER DESIGN)

  3. INFORMATIONAL VINYL BANNER STRIP WITH PAN-AFRICAN INFORMATION DETAIL TO CREATE EDUCATIONAL AESTHETIC WHEN UTILIZED FOR MULT-PURPOSE/ASSEMBLY EVENTS. 

  4. NEW SCOREBOARD AND SPEAKER SYSTEM FOR ATHLETIC AND EDUCATIONAL EVENTS.

  5. NEW WATER FOUNTAIN AND EXIT SIGN (LIFE SAFETY) INSTALLATION.
